Complete these steps for the past two recital videos, and you'll have access to all of your memories!
For the past two years (IMAGINE, and Higher Love) our recital/experience videos were hosted under the platform, Vimeo. You will not loose access to these past videos when signed into your Vimeo account, however, we are migrating systems to better support all of our customers in this digital-based century, and future videos will not be sold, nor located here.
Snap a quick pic of your account that shows your purchase history with either recitals. It will look something similar to this:
To meet the needs of all customers, all purchasers must complete the form by May 1, 2024. If you do not complete the form by this date, you will not have access to the new dashboard for previous recitals/experiences. Note, you can still access videos in your old Vimeo dashboard, but we will not migrate your account to the new system if you do not attach your screenshot, and complete the form.

Once your form is complete, please allow a few days to complete the confirmation process, and you'll receive an email with a discount code to complete the new purchase in the centralized video dashboard.
Yay! Your transfer process is complete, you can access all purchased recitals anywhere you have internet! You can stream your video to larger display, like a computer, or TV screen (compatibility depends on Smart TV status, and software on phone or computer)
Click you name (account dropdown in the top right) to see your personalized dashboard, displaying your purchased videos.
